All sales through Prairieland Hedgehogs are FINAL! Due to the nature of live animals, we do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances!!

This includes, but is not limited to:

Deposits

Purchase Payments

Holding Fees

Missed or Canceled Pick Ups

Changes of mind after purchase

Once a deposit or payment is made, it is non-refundable!

We take great care to ensure each hedgehog is healthy and well-socialized prior to going to their new home. It is the buyer's responsibility to research proper hedgehog care and ensure they are prepared for ownership before completing a purchase!

In the rare event of an error on our part, concerns must be reported within 24 hours of pick up for review!!

By submitting payment, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this No Refund Policy!
